A MicroScribe never has to retire

Customer Commitment · Service & Support

We service every MicroScribe ever built, and the measurement software that ships with a new arm still supports the very first ones. Here is why we hold that line.

A standing commitment since 1992.

A MicroScribe never has to retire.

That is not a slogan. It is a standing commitment: we service every MicroScribe ever built. Arms from the 1990s still come through our shop in Raleigh, and they go home measuring the way they did on day one or better.

The software keeps the same promise. MUS, the measurement software that ships with every new arm, supports every arm we have ever made. Any age. Any model.

Why hold that line for more than thirty years? Partly because it is the right way to treat people who trusted us with their work. A precision instrument is an investment, and an investment should hold its value for as long as its owner cares to maintain it.

And partly because the commitment pays us back. Nobody learns more about how an instrument ages than the team that promises to keep every one alive. Every arm that comes back to the bench teaches us something that makes the next one better.

If you have a MicroScribe sitting idle, whatever its vintage, odds are it is one service visit away from earning its keep again. Send us a note and we will tell you exactly what it needs.
